Promise of Spring Competition Rules

Entry is open to everyone over the age of 18 (“Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

Promotion commences on 29 March 2017 at 18.00PM (GMT+2) and ends on 16 April 2017 at 11:59PM (GMT+2) 

To participate the competition the Entrant comments on the Promise of Spring competition post on the Lapponia Jewelry Facebook Page.

There will be 1 prize winner for the Promotional Period. The winner will get 1 gift card code to the Lapponia Jewelry webshop (value 150 €). Unless otherwise stated the prize or portions of prizes are not transferable, cannot be sold and no prizes may be taken as cash. The Promoter conducts a raffle and picks up a random winner. The winner will be contacted by commenting his/her comment on Facebook after 16 April. If the Winner can not be reached within 2 weeks, a new Winner will be chosen.

The Organizer is liable for any taxes and similar expenses related to shipping the prize to the winner. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (d) use of the prize. The Winner is liable for providing the Promoter correct contact details in order to receive the Prize after the Winner has been contacted by the Promoter.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and related desicions made by the Organizer. Entry in the Promotion is dependent on Entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an Entrant provides as part of this promotion will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an Entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
