Recommended prices for repairs

Lapponia Jewelry products are always handmade. This means each piece of jewelry is unique. Without seeing the actual piece, it is difficult to give an accurate and binding price estimate for repairs. However, our authorised retailers will provide a definite price estimate once they have seen the item. If necessary, the retailers may send the piece for an estimate at our factory.


Silver

Surface treatment of a silver item includes removal of scratches and other signs of use, silver plating, polishing and nSilver treatment
** with settings means jewerly with gem material, acrylic, leather, etc.


There will be additional charge for spare parts and material unless otherwise stated. Repair price list does not include retailers fees for postage and handling or customs fees, import duties etc comparable costs.

Delivery time is 2-4 weeks from arrival. The repairs will be handled in order of acceptance/the approval from customer (in a case of a requested price estimation).
