What products can I purchase online?
Lapponia Jewelry webshop selection covers all the products in our current collection and also some of the models from previous collections. Custom-made products are not available for purchase via the webshop. The Lapponia Jewelry site also has information about the limited series and unique items - check the availability of these products by contacting the webshop customer service.
Is the product available in stock?
By default all Lapponia Jewelry webshop products are available in stock. If the product is temporarily out of stock we will notify about this on the product page. These products are not available for purchase, but you can request an email reminder to inform you when the product is available again.

Lapponia Jewelry webshop delivers worldwide.
How much does the shipment cost?
The shipping fees are as follows:
- Delivery inside Finland 5,90€
- EU deliveries 15,00€
- Other international deliveries 19,00€
Please note that if the products are delivered to a destination outside the EU, the user is responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs that may arise.
Registered Lapponia Jewelry webshop regular customers enjoy free shipping inside Finland.
What are the accepted payment methods?
For our Finnish, Swedish and German clients the following payment options are available:

- Klarna Invoice
- Klarna Account (instalments)
Our other international customers have the following credit card options: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron ja Mastercard.
I am allowed to return the goods I purchase?
You have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the you received the product.
How long does the delivery take?
Lapponia Jewelry processes the purchase orders made by the user within two working days. All Products will be delivered to the user with DHL Express service. The DHL Express service delivers in 3-5 working days depending on the destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking code to follow the progress of your shipment on the DHL Express website. We have received lots of very positive feedback about our delivery times!
How soon can I expect to receive an anwer to my email?
Our goal is to answer all customer emails within one working day.
